FSD is a Product Review & Giveaway Friendly blog & website. FSD is always accepting items for review. FSD email address can be found in the “contact” tab. Please email me if you are interested in me reviewing your product, & then posting my review on FSD website/blog www.freebiessamplesdeals.com.. FSD does NOT charge for a PR but do require the product sent to me, as I need it to do the review all products sent for review will NOT be returned. I will post my honest review good or bad, and share it with my thousands of followers on my blog/facebook/twitter sites. FSD will also include links to your site/product in the review

Thank you for your interest in FSD Giveaway Terms.  Here you will find our general terms and conditions of our giveaways, unless specified otherwise on the giveaway itself, these terms will be for all FSD giveaways

**By entering our giveaways from FSD,  you agree to the following terms and conditions listed in this Terms agreement

**No purchase or donations necessary to enter any giveaway on FSD. Giveaway’s are open to legal residents of the United States 18 years and older. Void Where Prohibited.

**Odds of winning depend on total number of entries received during the giveaway period. The winner(s) of the giveaway will be chosen by either Random.org or the Giveaway App being used (example Rafflecopter)

**Winners will be notified by email & announced on FSD webpage, Facebook & Twitter pages after the giveaway has ended. FSD will announce at least 2x & After 48 hours if the winner has not replied, a new winner will be drawn. FSD will verify that the winner has met all requirements for the giveaway including completing the various methods of entry listed in the giveaway. We reserve the right to select another winner if the original winner does not meet all requirements mentioned above. Duplicate entries will be removed and excessive duplicate entries will result in disqualification from receiving any prizes in the current and future giveaways by FSD.

**FSD and all/any other Blogs/Websites participating in the event/giveaway are not liable or responsible for the delivery of or shipping of, condition of prize upon receipt or satisfaction with any of the prizes donated by outside sponsors.

*Prizes are non-transferable. Federal, state and local taxes, if any, and any other costs or expenses related to acceptance and use of the prize not specified, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
